1. Respectful Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.

Disruptive behaviour, intoxication, harassment, abusive conduct, or possession of illegal substances may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or participation at our discretion where conduct is deemed inappropriate.


2. Educational Purpose

All events, coaching programmes, digital platforms, AI systems, templates, scripts and materials are provided strictly for educational purposes.

We do not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, lead volumes, conversion rates, business growth, or financial outcomes.

Your results depend entirely on your implementation, business model, market conditions, team performance and other external factors beyond our control.


3. Personal Responsibility & Liability Waiver

By attending our events or purchasing our products, you accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions and implementation.

Agent Marketer Ltd is not liable for any business decisions made based on information provided at events, inside digital platforms, within coaching sessions, or through AI systems.


4. Pricing & VAT

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

VAT will be added where applicable in accordance with UK law.


5. Event Inclusions

Event tickets do not include accommodation, travel, parking, or meals unless explicitly stated at the time of booking.

Where food, beverage or accommodation packages are offered, these are separate and clearly detailed at point of purchase.


6. Payment Terms

All payments for events, programmes, digital platforms and systems must be made in advance.

Payment confirms your place and secures access to any associated digital materials.

Where instalment plans are offered, you agree to complete all agreed payments in full.

Failure to complete instalments may result in suspension of access to digital platforms, materials and/or live events.


7. No Chargeback Policy

By purchasing any event, programme or digital product, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us directly to resolve the issue.

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of access and recovery of funds through appropriate legal channels.


8. Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policies

Digital Products

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, once access has been granted or materials downloaded, no refund will be issued unless the product is demonstrably not as described.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days of approval and returned via the original payment method.


One-Day Events (e.g. Agency Marketing Jumpstart)

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event may receive a refund minus transaction fees.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

Transfers to future dates may be offered at our discretion.

Failure to attend without written notice will be treated as a no-show and no refund or credit will be provided.


Residential / Multi-Day Events (e.g. AMI)

Due to venue commitments, accommodation arrangements and immediate access to digital onboarding materials, bookings for multi-day intensives are strictly non-refundable.

Your investment secures access to proprietary intellectual property, event venue arrangements and associated costs which are paid in advance and are non-recoverable.


Date Transfers – Residential Events

More than 30 days before event:
Transfer permitted with £300 administration fee.

15–30 days before event:
Transfer permitted subject to availability with £500 administration fee.

Less than 14 days before event:
No transfers permitted.

Transfers are subject to availability and approval. Multiple reschedules are not permitted.


Value Guarantee (AMI Specific)

If by the end of Day 1 you genuinely believe the event has not delivered value, you must notify us in writing on-site before leaving. You may then withdraw and request a refund of the event fee only.

This does not apply to digital access, bundle inclusions, travel or accommodation.


9. Modifications to Policy

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published on our website and apply to purchases made after the revision date.


10. Event Packages

Event packages, speakers, venues and inclusions are subject to reasonable change.

Where changes occur, reasonable alternatives will be offered.


11. Recording & Use of Content

All events and certain coaching sessions may be recorded for quality control, training and marketing purposes.

By attending, you consent to being recorded and grant Agent Marketer Ltd the irrevocable right to use recordings, photographs and media for lawful promotional purposes without compensation.


12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant event or programme.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity or reputational damage.


13. Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

Your data is collected solely for registration, service delivery, communication and service improvement.

14. Dietary & Accessibility Requirements

Where catering is provided, attendees must notify us in writing of dietary requirements or allergies in advance.

We are not liable for issues arising where such notice has not been provided.


15. Photo & Video Consent

By attending our events, you consent to photography and video recording and grant us full rights to use such material for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.


16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or cancellation caused by events outside our reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue closures or travel disruptions.

Where possible, events will be rescheduled or converted to alternative formats.


17. Disclaimer

Agent Marketer Ltd provides marketing, automation, AI and lead generation education based on practical industry experience.

We do not guarantee specific lead numbers, managed unit growth, revenue increases, conversion rates, AI performance or advertising outcomes.

All outcomes depend on individual circumstances and implementation.


18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


19. Agreement

By purchasing, booking or attending any event or programme, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
